This marks the third Predator film he's produced that knocked it out of the park for audiences and critics alike. I just got finished my first advanced screening of Badlands and I won't lie – I had fun. I'm going to give it another watch before I submit my own rating and review but I'm curious what the rest of the fanbase thinks – does it beat Prey?
I personally loved Prey when it came out and I've only grown to like it more as the years have gone by. Badlands is a dramatic new take on the Yautja side of things but while Prey felt more familiar and on brand, Badlands delivers a variety of unique new ideas and showcases the Yautja in a way we've never seen before. I appreciate and respect both entries for what they bring to the table.
That being said though... if you HAD to pick one over the other, which would you pick and why?
